CALOOCAN People’s Park - this park was opened to the public on the 30th of May 2019 and designed to accommodate people for various recreational activities and events. This park has a chill environment brought by the natural shade of trees and other plants around.

Even though this is just a one-block-sized public park the people still go there doing exercise, picnics, walk with their pets, and also a group of students mostly doing dance practice.

Here we can see my three classmates practicing their specific dance steps for our interpretative dance on the subject Philippine Pop Culture. Which will be held on the 12th of this month of April.

We started practicing early exactly 9:00AM and stayed there until 5:00PM this was to prepare ourselves for the incoming competition because we are not dancers so we needed to practice more to memorize the steps and properly execute them in harmony with the beat of the music.

We take a break and eat lunch at 12:00NN, and we buy food to the nearby shops and stores available at the commercial space in front of the New City Hall. Me and my classmates went to 7/11 to buy our food. I chose their promo bundle of Sisig Meal that comes with a drink to get a discounted price.

At exactly 4:30PM we ended our practice and took a rest. As we had almost 30 minutes before going home me and my two friends decided to take a walk around the park and take photos of the surroundings. (Reporting by Marc John Lacambra)
